We not allow hosting of download files like mp3, wallpaper download site, movies downloading/streaming site or bot site under our hosting. All such sites will be suspended by our server team without any prior notice

• Don't Provide Free Hosting (For Reseller Users)
• Spam/Threats Website
• Phishing Website
• Fraud Clone Website (Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm or any other shopping website)
• Email Marketing
• IRC Scripts/Bots
• Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
• Pirated Software/Warez
• Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
• Lottery Sites
• Adult Site

IMPORTANT

1. Account Termination Policy

Shared Hosting: Terminated after 10 days of expiry.

VPS: Terminated after 48 hours of expiry.

Dedicated Servers: Terminated after 72 hours of expiry.

Once terminated, data is not recoverable. Notifications will be sent via email/call, but Vesohost is not responsible if client misses them.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities

Strictly Not Allowed (No Refund/Data Recovery):

• High-traffic news/e-commerce websites
• Spam, phishing, email marketing
• IRC/Proxy scripts, pirated software
• MP3/MP4/ISO/movie hosting
• Prime banks, lottery, fraud websites
• Pornographic/adult content
• Bitcoin mining
• Hacking, warez, shell backdoors
• Commercial audio streaming
• UIDAI portals
• .tk, .ml, .ga, .cf domain hosting

3. Fund or Credit Balance

• No refunds for added funds.
• All purchases with wallet credit are refundable only to wallet, not UPI/bank.

4. Domain Registration Policy

• No trademarked names.
• Domains are non-refundable.
• Report issues within 7 working days.

5. Backup & Data Recovery

• Complimentary daily backups (last 3 days)
• Accounts over 20GB not backed up
• Clients are responsible for data backups

6. Reactivation Fees

₹500 for phishing/spam & ₹1000 for malware-related suspensions.

7. Adult & Spam Policy

• Zero tolerance for nudity or pornography
• Max 500 emails/day per cPanel account
• Violation = suspension/termination

8. WHMCS Licensing

WHMCS is included only as installed (not verified/licensed) in Reseller, Master, and Alpha plans.

9. Affiliate Program Rules

• Minimum 60 days active before payout
• No payment for refunded referrals
• No fraud, bulk email, coupon ads, etc.

10. Security & Virus Policy

• DDoS, virus, worm creation strictly prohibited
• CPGuard suspends repeated infections
• Severe threats may lead to permanent removal

11. User Verification Policy

• Valid email & phone required
• One account per person
• WhatsApp OTP required for access

12. SMM Panels Hosting

SMM Panels allowed WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA CHARGES. Else, immediate termination.

13. Domain Restrictions

No freenom domains (.tk, .ml, .cf, .ga). Orders with such domains will be removed without refund.

14. Unlimited Hosting Fair Use

Resources are shared. Excessive usage may require migration to VPS or Dedicated server.

15. Identity Verification for Servers

National ID, passport, or license required for VPS, RDP, or dedicated server purchases.

16. Warning & Support Policy

• 3 warnings = WhatsApp/call support ban
• All support will move to ticket/email
