1) REFUNDS

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after reviewing your return.
• Confirmation will be sent via email.
• Only one refund per customer. Multiple signups or services do not qualify.
• No refunds for:
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Upgrades/Downgrades of services
  • Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer
  • Purchases using credit balance
  • Second-time purchases
  • No technical issues from our end
  • Suspended accounts due to abuse/spam/overuse

2) TAX

Note: Taxes, transaction charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.

3) REFUNDS APPLICABLE ON

• Web Hosting: 7 Days
• Unlimited Hosting: 7 Days
• Reseller Hosting: 4 Days
• Master Hosting: 4 Days
• VPS Hosting: No Refund
• Server License: No Refund
• Domain: No Refund

4) REFUND CHARGES

• Indian Users: 2% refund processing charge
• PayPal Users: 10% refund processing charge
